We specialize in exterior and interior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties. We also offer screen cleaning, track cleaning, and hard water stain removal.

2. How much does window cleaning cost?

Pricing is typically based on the number of window panes. We charge $8 per pane for interior or exterior cleaning and $2 to remove, wash, and replace any screens on the windows. The only time our price differs from this is when there are special considerations like an all glass sunroom or other objects of that nature.

3. How do I book an appointment?

You can request a cleaning directly through our website or by calling/texting us. Our calendar reflects real-time availability.

4. Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

For exterior-only cleanings, you don’t need to be home — just make sure we have access to water and the windows. For interior jobs, someone over 18 must be present.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and ACH transfer. Invoices are sent after completion, and payment is due within 24 hours.

6. Do you clean in bad weather?

We don’t clean during heavy rain or high winds for safety and quality reasons. If weather conditions affect your appointment, we’ll reschedule promptly.

7. Is your service safe for pets, plants, and landscaping?

Yes! We use a purified water system with no chemicals — 100% safe for people, pets, and plants.

8. Are you insured?

Yes, Omaha Window Washing carries full liability insurance for your protection and peace of mind.

9. What happens if something gets damaged during the job?
