OWW offers professional window cleaning services, which may include interior and exterior window cleaning, screen cleaning, and related exterior services. Services are offered on a one-time or recurring basis depending on your booking.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
Service results may vary due to condition of the windows, screens, frames, weather, age, or existing damage.
OWW reserves the right to decline or cancel services at our discretion.
2. Scheduling and Access
By booking a service through this website or any other method, you confirm that:
You are the legal occupant, owner, or authorized agent of the property.
You will provide access to all areas scheduled for service at the appointed time.
You agree to remove fragile items, furniture, or obstructions before our arrival.
You are responsible for ensuring safe working conditions (e.g., unlocked gates, cleared walkways, pets secured).
If the crew is unable to access the jobsite or is delayed due to unprepared conditions, OWW reserves the right to reschedule the job and/or assess a return trip fee.
3. Payment Terms

Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension and/or additional fees.
OWW reserves the right to charge for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
4. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
By initiating communication, booking services, or interacting with OWW in any way, you agree to the following NO LIABILITY policy:
OWW and its employees, contractors, or agents are not liable for any damage, breakage, water penetration, screen tears, insect entry, discoloration, or mechanical failure of windows, screens, frames, siding, decks, doors, trim, or any surrounding structure that may occur before, during, or after service.
You accept that windows, frames, and surfaces are subject to deterioration, and that cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or defects not visible prior to service.
OWW is not responsible for damage to landscaping, paint, fixtures, electronics, or flooring resulting from water exposure or ladder placement.
You agree that climbing or ladder use is inherently risky, and you accept all risks associated with service on your property.
No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied unless provided in writing.
By allowing OWW to perform any service on your property, you waive any and all claims against us for injury, loss, or damages of any kind.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website, contact our business, or book any services.
5. SMS and Communications Policy
By providing your phone number or contacting OWW:
You consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to scheduling, confirmations, and service reminders.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
OWW reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a job due to weather, unsafe conditions, or crew availability.
Customers must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel a job or may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
7. Property Conditions

All surfaces are safe to clean and structurally sound.
OWW is not responsible for the failure of materials (seals, caulking, hardware) during or after cleaning.
You release OWW from responsibility for any damage resulting from cleaning aged or compromised windows, seals, frames, siding, paint, or fixtures.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by OWW and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.
10. Changes to Terms

🔍 13. False Claims or Disputed Charges
Any disputed charges must be brought to our attention in writing within 7 calendar days of the service date. After that time, all charges are considered final and non-refundable.

You agree that Omaha Window Washing may take “before and after” photos of your windows and surrounding areas for the purpose of:
Demonstrating service quality
Internal training
Marketing (with any identifying information removed)
These images will never be sold or shared with third parties and will be securely stored.
📆 15. Delays Beyond Our Control
Omaha Window Washing shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to complete scheduled services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather
Traffic conditions
Staff illness or injury
Equipment failure
Restricted access at the property

Any damage alleged to have been caused by our service must be reported within 24 hours of job completion and accompanied by clear photographic evidence. After this period, no claims will be considered.
17. Independent Contractors
Omaha Window Washing may use independent contractors to perform some or all of its services. These individuals are not employees of OWW. You agree that Omaha Window Washing is not liable for any actions, omissions, misconduct, or damages resulting from work performed by independent contractors.
18. Right to Refuse Service
Omaha Window Washing reserves the right to refuse service to any person, property, or situation for any reason not prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, unsafe working conditions, unreasonable customer demands, aggressive behavior, or inaccessible job sites. Any such decision is made at our sole discretion and may occur at any point before or during a scheduled service.
19. Noise and Disturbance Disclaimer
Some equipment used during service may generate noise or vibration. You acknowledge that Omaha Window Washing is not responsible for any disturbances this may cause to occupants, neighbors, pets, or property owners during the course of regular service.
20. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to solicit, hire, or contract directly with any Omaha Window Washing employee, cleaner, or contractor for private services, side work, or employment outside of Omaha Window Washing for a period of 12 months following your last completed service. Violation of this clause may result in legal action or financial penalties.
21. Digital Communication Consent
By contacting Omaha Window Washing or submitting a request through our website, you consent to receive communications from us via SMS, phone call, or email.
